Chapter 115: Comments on the launch
It's finally on the shelves after 250,000 words, just barely.
I almost had to go for an inverted V.
At last, it's successfully on the shelves before I starve to death.
The author put a lot of thought into this book, so let me clarify upfront: all classical Chinese content is verifiable through literature, so while some might find it verbose, I believe it's essential to construct a robust worldview.
Therefore, I might reduce the length of large sections of classical text, but I will absolutely not change the classical Chinese itself!
Also, since it's based on ancient Chinese mythology, and as everyone knows, ancient Chinese mythology, especially pre-Qin myths like the Eight Lords of Qi or the Sima of Chu, are completely unrelated.
As for the systematic folk myths and Daoist myths, and even the later integration of the three religions, they are truly vast and often conflicting and contradictory.
So, I will selectively adopt some parts to write about; please don't argue with me then and ask why I didn't choose the XXX version.
Finally, initial subscriptions are truly vital for the author; I'm kowtowing to everyone!
Please subscribe for me! *Thump thump thump!*
Oh, not finally, there's one more thing: tomorrow at noon, I'll update with 10,000 words, even if it means spitting blood.
Writing this book is very draining for me; 4K words a day is already my limit, as my health is genuinely poor, there's nothing I can do.
However, I will do my best to bring everyone a wonderful story and present a world that can withstand scrutiny.
That's all.
